Travel Fees
We do not charge a travel fee. Cities outside of the Austin area; Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Hutto, Cedar Park, Driftwood, and Lakeway we only book a minimum of 1.5 hours for all our party packages.
Party Packages
1. Jasper & Sparkles - Balloons & Face Painting
$300
Balloon Twisting and Face Painting 1 hour $300 - $150 each additional 1/2 hour. Accommodates 10-15 children to get both Balloons and Face Painting,
2. Jasper - Balloon Twisting
$175
Balloon Twisting 1 hour $175 - $85 each additional 1/2 hr. Accommodates 15-20 children to get balloons.
3. Sparkles - Face Painting
$150
Face Painting 1 hour $150 - $75 each additional 1/2 hour. Accommodates 10-15 children.
For company events we require a 1 and a 1/2 hour booking minimum.
We accept cash, checks (made payable to Jasper & Costello) and all major credit cards (with a 3% fee). Payment received at the event unless prepaid via credit. Please have payment prepared ahead of time as we will most-likely be gearing up to head to another engagement.
We use professional grade Qualatex latex balloons and FDA approved hypoallergenic face paints. We don't require a deposit to hold your reservation.
Rainy day and cancellation policy: we handle this on a case-by-case basis. If you prepaid we will refund your payment, and/or credit it towards another date/time.
